Services
We provide services in Profiling, Training, and Coaching for individuals, executives, managers, and entrepreneurs.

In Profiling services, we are using the TAJMA Personality Profiling tool. This assessment tool is developed and authored by Prof Datuk Dr. Mohd Tajudin Ninggal, a Professor of Counselling Psychology at The Open University and a Licensed Professional Counsellor.

As for Training services, we provide training in Personal Development Program, Entrepreneurial Development Program, Business Model Canvas, Business Cash Flow Management, and Small Business Financial Management.

For Coaching services, we provide Executive Coaching and Business Coaching using the Developmental Coaching (Interdevelopmental Institute - USA) approach, under the mentorship of Certified Master Developmental Coach Dr. Shaker Mustafa. He is the Certified Master Coach for Asia Pacific.
Profiling
Psychometric profiling assessments are a standard and scientific method used to measure individuals’ mental capabilities and behavioural style. Psychometric assessments are designed to measure candidates’ or employee suitability for a role based on the required personality characteristics and aptitude (or cognitive abilities). They identify the extent to which candidates’ personality and cognitive abilities match those required to perform the role.
Training
Employee training and development implies a program in which specific knowledge, skills and abilities are imparted to the employees, with the aim of raising their performance level, in their existing roles, as well as providing them learning opportunities, to further their growth.
Coaching
Developmental coaching is about changing your beliefs and the framework of personality that governs the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that are disabling you. Developmental coaching can break through the relationships that are holding you back. If you want to create a lasting change, you need to change your inner game because it is your inner game that drives your outer game.
